My husband, my 2.5 year old and myself ate here this evening (6pm on 10/12). The staff provided the best service I've had anywhere in very long time. For a 'quick food' establishment I was extremely impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction. I've worked in the food industry for years and the crew that was working tonight was exceptional! My husband and I also discussed the quality and preparation of food, for the price, is unbeatable. Thank you guys, and ladies, for going above & beyond.

I recently visited Noodles & Company and had a generally positive experience. This being my first ever visit ever I found that the food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the service was friendly and efficient—definitely a highlight of the visit. The dining area and bathroom were both clean, which I appreciated. However, I did notice a couple of issues in the restroom: the sink had loose plumbing, and the soap dispenser was empty. These are small but important details that can impact the overall impression of cleanliness and maintenance. Despite that, I’d still recommend this location for a quick and tasty meal. A little attention to the restroom maintenance would make the experience even better.

Very flavorful and unique dishes. The atmosphere was spacious and comfortable warm feeling. Wish we had one where we lived, the mac and cheese varieties are awesome.

Last night I had a very bad experience at another food place who’s hours online said 10 but the employees stopped serving early. I wasted time at that place and frantically went to noodles hoping to get served there. when I got to noodles I looked in and felt bad to come in so close to closing time but the employee saw me and waved me in. I asked if they were still serving and he smiled and said of course we’re open till 10. I said well I just had an experience where that was not the case at another establishment in sun prarie. He said how sorry he was and not to worry because they would get me food. This experience truly reminds me why noodles has been a go to for me and my family since forever! I love the team that worked last night they truly went above and beyond and I’m very grateful. <3 thank you!

Henry is really nice. Was kind and patient with me. Greeted me with a smile right away. This guy needs a raise definitely makes the customer experience more than what I expected. Thanks for the food it was great!

Pleasantly surprised for a Noodles & Company!Lately all of their locations have gone down hill but the food at this location was wonderful. The Chicken Veracruz Salad was deliciously fresh and vibrant which I didn’t expect for a chain that specializes in noodles! The only thing we did notice is staff were not keeping up with dirty tables and the dining area gave off an uncleanly vibe with very little places to sit and piles of dishes left in the dish buckets upon exit. Other than that, I’d visit again!
